WE CREATE OUR, ONE OF A KIND, ALE YEAST PIZZA CRUST USING YEAST FROM OUR BREWERY. OUR RUSTIC HOME-CUT FRIES, SIGNATURE SAUCES AND SMOKED MEATS ARE ALL CRAFTED IN OUR SCRATCH KITCHEN. WE USE TOP QUALITY INGREDIENTS, AND BREW ALL OF OUR PREMIUM CRAFT BEER IN-HOUSE.
OUR SISTER BREWERY, UNDERGROUND KOMBUCHA, WHICH IS ALSO OUR VERY OWN, ON-SITE FERMENT, USES ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS. WE ARE DEDICATED TO OUR GUESTS AND TO THE PURSUIT OF PREPARING, PURE AND SIMPLY, REAL HAND-CRAFTED FOOD AND BEVERAGE.

KOMBUCHA MUSSELS
1 pound mussels, steamed in house-brewed, UnderGround - Hip Hops kombucha, white wine, red onions, bell peppers, chili flakes, garlic, lemon zest & parsley. Garlic toast to dip.
OVEN ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Brussel sprouts sautéed in browned butter, with bacon, garlic, walnuts, red onions, topped with panko & crumbled blue cheese.
